Email Problems
We always answer mail. If you didn't get an answer to your email ...
a. Did you give us the correct email
address?
b. Has your email SPAM filler blocked
us?
SOLUTION:
You need to check the email filter setting on
your computer.
c. A lot of email we send to @yahoo.com
@sina.com and @aol addresses doesn't get through.
It comes back to us saying that the mail
could not be delivered.
SOLUTION:
If you have another email address, email us from
the other address.
We'll get back to you.
We

Sound and Connection Speed
The sound is very high quality and it is designed to work on broadband
(cable and ADSL).
If you are using a 56k modem the sound may start to break up half way
through if your connection is slow. However, once it has played right
through it will be cached on your computer and you will be able to listen
to it all the way through without a problem.
